Medical malpractice attorneys in Germany give legal advice to PIP & ROFIL victims

On 1-23-2012 the German attorneys Zierhut & Graf of the law firm Patientenanwalt AG, filed the first lawsuit of a PIP victim in Germany.

Among other things we claim damages for pain and suffering as well as future damages in the total amount of 100,000 EUR. Our lawsuit is directed against doctors and clinics as well as the German TÜV Rheinland (Technical Inspection Authority of the implants), the German company Brenntag (supplier of the silicone) and Allianz (obligatory insurance of PIP).

The lawsuit involves the claim for damages due to the implantation of faulty breast implants produced by PIP (Poly Implant Prothese) from France. These implants contain highly harmful ingredients (industrial silicone). They are likely to cause serious health damage; in particular to suffer cancer and/ or organ damage. Also "M-Implants" of ROFIL Medical Nederland B.V. and "TiBREEZE" of the German company GfE Medizintechnik GmbH are affected.

We plead for more than 100 women that are victims of the PIP scandal.
